Returns and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority, so please take the time to familiarise yourself with the following conditions:
Within Australia: Items must be returned within 21 days of being received via express post for exchange or Credit Note (valid for 3 months) for all full priced purchases.
If customers have received free shipping on their order $10 will be deducted from the refund amount.
Items must be returned new, unused and with all packaging and designer garment tags still attached. Returned items that have been worn, washed, damaged or altered from their original state will not be accepted, and will be returned to you.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect order or incorrect size.
Products marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
An exchange can only be processed once i.e an already exchanged item cannot be returned again.
In accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission if the garment we have sent has a minor fault then we have the right to repair the fault and send it back to you.
If we believe the fault cannot be repaired then we will send to you a replacement product, which matches your original purchase. However, if we are unable to repair or replace your faulty item then we will refund you in full.
International Policy: please choose carefully as we do not accept returns for international customers.

To submit a return request Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
1. Log in to your account:
2. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
4. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
5. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
6. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
7 Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
8. Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
